Guru is the pilot, bhakti is the plane and destination is HIM.
Reaching HIM is like taking a flight. HE is the destination, Bhakti is the air-plane & Guru is the pilot.
Just like a flight....once you're airborne you don't know where you are, but the Guru knows the way and will ensure you'll reach the destination.
You have to have faith in the Guru. But choosing the right one is extremely important.
